How to Order

 

At The Baby Store UG, we make shopping online a breeze. Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, simply follow these steps to make a purchase:

  • Click on 'ADD TO CART', to add the product to your cart (you can add multiple items to your cart before checking out)

  • Once you’re ready to checkout, click on 'Checkout' or click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner

  • Register/Login into your account by entering your email and password

  • Enter your Location

  • Choose your preferred payment option

  • Click on 'Place Order' to complete your order

 

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation via email/text message. If more information is needed, we will call you using the phone number you provide. Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order. Payment Options

 

When completing your order at thebabystoreug.com, you will be asked to choose a payment option. Currently we offer two payment options; Cash on Delivery and Mobile Money on Delivery.

Cash on Delivery

Please review your order with the delivery associate, once it is delivered, to make sure you received everything in your order. If you are satisfied with your order pay the delivery associate in cash. If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the option to hand it back to the delivery associate without paying. Please note that sealed items cannot be unsealed before you pay.

(Please note, we only accept Uganda Shillings)

Mobile Money on Delivery

Please review your order with the delivery associate, once it is delivered, to make sure you received everything in your order. If you are satisfied with your order pay the delivery associate with Mobile Money. If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the option to hand it back to the delivery associate without paying. Please note that sealed items cannot be unsealed before you pay.
